I would actually have thought south Caucasus before Levant . I thought he might be Assyrian because you posted him

To be fair, he has different shades of skin tone in each of the three pics. I didn't choose them on purpose. Lol.

Yep. His first two pics in the OP were his recent ones. Before, he had the wavy hair and no beard.
