Her sister has run that side of the family's ancestry back pretty far so I know they are German, Irish, with a little Swedish and French. They are Canadians and have all, except for my Irish Grandmother, been in the Country since the 1700s (one of the german men was born on the way over from Germany--his birth certificate reads Atlantic Ocean lol.)
