I recommend you stop to use the word "race" and to substitute it for "phenotype". Phenotype denotes the characteristics of an individual, "race" imply obligatory common features of a colectivity, I don't think this word is applicable for humans, as are exceptions children to have the same phenotype classification as their parents. IMO.
