He is Calabrese and Campanian.

IMO, AlpineMed-Armenoid.

How would you classify?

I definitely see some sort of Iranic/Armenoid element going on that could place him in Afghanistan or Iran, but I do also see something that is more common for SE Europe.

AlpineMed + Irano-Afghan is my guess, this is likely what could give him a Gypsy look.

He can easily pass turkey, especially eastern turkey. (looks armo-kurd mix)

Your kidding , he looks normal southern Italian. I don't think he passes outside of Europe
