He is Cretan. His features are distinctly Cretan and it's probably one of the most common phenotype on the island.

It is a look I identify with Cretans but it is still pretty common in the mainland (example)

I agree. Crete is the last place I'd go to to look for pontid phenotypes.

Cretan water polo player Kostas Kokkinakis has a very very similar look. What would you two classify him as? I think he has Berid tendencies (at least):

Another one. Classify him as well if you can. You see the similarities right? Kind of look like WHGs in their more tanned pics. Name is Stelios Hantampakis.

I think that typical Cretan phenotypes fall into Atlanto-Med and Nordo-Med. Given their DNA being close to Sicilians I do not see as much West Asian types as expected.

Pontic-Med. They don't strike me as Atlanto-Meds.

I think that typical Cretan phenotypes fall into Atlanto-Med and Nordo-Med. Given their DNA being close to Sicilians I do not see as much West Asian types as expected.

Because most of the west-asian types are purely West Asian. They need to be castrated imo :laugh:

They seem mainly Atlanto-Meds. 2nd guy has some Berid. 3rd one is just light eyed.

Again something you think which is wrong
Alot of Cretans aren't as dark as someone expects for such a Region as Crete and they can have Northen influenced looks but there are
also Cretans who look simply Med as fuck and exceed the average Sicilian or other Islanders from Greece in terms of swarthiness
