Subnordid.
My first impression was a baltic, but how she is French, so east baltic is atypical.

Her mother is a distant cousin of mine go figure!
(Well, we had common ancestors in Western France about 175 years ago)

Interesting.
Your first impression makes sense somehow.
Because Zoe Marchal is what I call an "elongated Alpinid".
Basically, a mesocephalic Alpine base but taller than regular Alpinids, due do some mixing with Nordic and Mediterranean inputs.
This is a specifically French (and Belgian) phenotype that seldom shows up elsewhere (rarely in Germany or Italy, almost never in Britain).
Since it's not easy to define, it's often mistaken with partly Baltid or Dinarid types.

Zoe's parents:

Oh, and I forgot: this is also the stereotypical look of French Canadians (except that they often have some visible Anglo-Irish and sometimes Native input, which just enhances the Eastern European, pseudo-Baltid vibe:

Interesting info. I selected Zoé Marchal for this thread because I watched The Disappearance (Disparue) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3687802/) several months ago and I liked that mini-series and Zoé's character.

Atypical. If I saw her in Paris, I'd think she's Romanian. Looks Baltid-Alpine with some Aryan
