In Poland couple of them, mainly lithuanian.

Olgierd, Kiejstut, Witold, Giedymin, Aldona, Danuta, Grażyna, Biruta.

Historically - much more.

But we have plenty of baltic surnames, mainly prussian
and lithuanian, but also (sometimes seems) latvian.

America got some Lithuanian immigration, so yes, but not amongst people who are ancestrally American (i.e. family here in Colonial times)

Are they mainly from Warmia-Masuria and Suwalki? Or are the names spread across Poland?

Everywhere. Normal 'polish' names.

I actually wanted to write much more, but I got, that some are not used
anymore, and some are from historical sources, not used in everyday life :)

Biruta

I'm not trying to be rude here, but that name literally means "crazy person" in Brazilian Portuguese.
