I've seen the name Turki a few times before, anybody care to elaborate?

In addition, "Turki" was used as an adjective by Bedouins in the Najd region of Saudi Arabia meaning "handsome", as the Turkic peoples (from Central Asia), commonly designated Turks in medieval Persian and Arabic sources, were considered handsome.

Agreed, although it's a name that is more commonly found in Arabia than in other regions in the Arab world.

If someone called turki it means he came from Turkey similar to (misri from Misr (Egypt)).
