This is a younger, more natural picture.

East Med is not a real type but it is as close as I can get. Or Gracile Med with further east influences. She looks more Sephardi than she does a typical Italian/Jewish mixture.

Her nose is out of place for the rest of her features. She has very Eastern Mediterranean features, except for the nose. This is why she is difficult to classify.

Unusual mix of the two. Looks quite atypical for either a Sicilian or Ashkenazi (honestly not much more typical for Sephardic Jew than either of the earlier ones mentioned). I'd say Gracile Med, but I find her quite unattractive to be honest.

She looks atypical of her race. She looks mixed - African and Caucasian, though having more Caucasoid features.

She reminds me of Mel B and Maya Rudolf (who are mixed, white and black).
