I have anxiety , depression , panic attacks and took medication that made me uglier . I quit them but have a hard time now . I just need some time

well I am not "fat" . just a little chubby . but I was 79kg or so on that pic and I am 95kg now . so it is a difference . and I was 111kg at my heaviest . antidepressants made me a fucking balloon it is so frustrating . I have a little more muscle mass now than on the pic above so to look roughly the same I will need to get down to 82-83kg or so . so 12-13kg left

Lol. Although he has a fat build, he doesn't look obese. BMI calculator can be bullshit because many bodybuilders are considered "obese" by it. Also, if you're short and slightly skinny, you are deemed 'underweight'. It's inaccurate and absurd. So don't rely on it too much. You should try BBMI (better body mass index calculator).
