and the other 2 : bearded guy : cappadocian med mostly and the other guy med + orientalid influence ?

I was going by his facial features and skin tone (visage) rather than the shape of his head. Moreover, I specifically meant he looked more East Med than just Taurid as a few posters proclaimed.

2nd guy (bearded) definitely does look like textbook East Med.
