This is my impression. If you have another opinion then it's your right. Moldavians are already quite dark and they are supposed to be lighter than Romanians (and they are).

This video is useless for classifying. It it shot from too far so their faces are too small, facial features can't be analyzed. Also half of them wear sunglasses
