Kara Louise Tointon is a 34 year old English actress,
(originally from Basildon, Essex, but now living in a beautiful and reputedly haunted
old building in Camden, London,)
best known for playing Dawn Swann in the BBC soap opera EastEnders,
and as Sarah Barwell in the vintage-style and eerie British suspense thriller Last Passenger.
Tointon was the 2010 winner of BBC television series Strictly Come Dancing competition.
Kara says she's dyslexic and is dedicated to making people more aware of dyslexia.
