These look more Northern Italian rather than Spanish because they have more Alpine and Dinaric influence.

Rugby players are atypical as a group for the French people, who tend to have gracile features (Keltic Nordid / Alpine spectrum, which makes up the bulk, is severely under-represented here). Also, having a French surname is not indicative of being ethnic French (could only have one French grand-parent)
