Classify my father/What ethnicity fits him the best

I've been told that my father has a very different look and is hard to be classified. I will post more photos during the years, since he was younger untill in his 40's. I do not know about his ancestors, all I know is that he has an old Hungarian surname. Name alone means nothing, I agree. I will provide some infos about him:
-174 cm
-green eyes(can't see it proper in the pics)
-intermediate pigmentation
-black hair
-Brachy or Hyperbrachy, short and very broad head.
