Noric, pretty common phenotype in Eastern Germany and, to some extent, Prussia and Poland. His face is rather mesoprospic, suggesting a possible Baltic influence, but overall he resembles quite close Coon's Noric plate from Germany.

They lived in the Curonian Spit (in the first map brown color, Curonian majority):

Kurganoid is a non-existent type invented on the internet by amateurs.

This part of East Prussia (Sambia) was generally heavily Baltid (Osteuropid), according to this map:

Sambia Peninsula was where the Old Prussian population survived more intact than anywhere else:

Nordic and/or Noric
Close to Coon’s KN plates

Nordic and/or Noric

His head and face are way too broad for a Nordic type.

I also doubt Noric. I think he looks similar to these men:

His head is broad because he's pred. balto-cromagnon (kurganoid) and also because of selective adaptation to cold. BTW Coon has a plate of brachycephalised finnic nordic.

Other than the broad skull he has no similarities to examples you posted neither he has any osteuropid features (take a look at his nose for starters).
