You should atleast test Ydna I hope you get something neolithic

How do I find out which subclade of I2 I have? 23andme is so vague with my mtdna and ydna

Yeah, I really should. Curiosity kills sometimes. I expect I2 the most, but there's no way of knowing until I actually do one.

Hopefully you are not an R1ethelite :D

I think there is almost no chance of that. I don't have many R1 characteristics.

EDIT: I know that Y-DNA doesn't really showcase any legitimate characteristics, but there are rough approximations based on populations so I'm going off of that.

While haplogroup wars are bs and futile, R1's have superimposed their dominance over neolithic folk for millennia. Thats just the reality. Good and bad in every neck of the woods.

Doesn't a lot of Bulgaria have Neolithic Haplos

I think so, only around 30% of our population belongs to an R1a/R1b Y-DNA haplogroup.

Wikipedia says around 21.8% is I2a, 19.6% is E-V68, 17.6% is R1a, 10.7% is R1b and 10.5% is J2.

Will you or someone else help me with this? Lmao I can't figure out how to do it. I've done autosomal through FTDNA, do I need something more?

don't use Wegene its absolute BS it predicted my MTdna as L3 which is an exclusively African haplo

Use this for Ydna it is automatic: https://ytree.morleydna.com/extractFromAutosomal

You will have to test youre Ydna then. I have to test my MTdna since ancestryDNA files are not acceptable to the MTdna predictor

Some predictor that was very easy. It said it was 98% sure

Luckily, R1s are not just a haplogroup.
Maybe this is why we could always make it.
