French-Canadian Eurogene Anomalies

I got a French-Canadian family member tested on AncestryDNA. The results were typical other than a trace percentage of Melanesian (0-1%). I ran the DNA through Eurogenes K-13 on Gedmatch and got these results. Do you think this is real or just noise?
