I'm no expert (yet). But imho she looks Alpine.

She seems to have quite a narrow-small face narrow forehead.
Probably mainly Mediterranean like (Nordic-Mediterranean). However with the high contrast (pale skin and dark hair) typical of NW Europeans.

If not English I would have guessed her Jewish.
