What I said was clear:

Ancestry

There may be slight accuracy with ancestrdna file, but even then its prone to error. My livingDNA for instance says im not even Albanian, but 50 percent southwest euro and sicilian, and 50 percent south slavic. Yet, with 23andme I get 100 percent Albanian-Greek.

If you can afford it, I think it would be a good idea. I wasn't going to first, but I bought them when they were on sale, and that opened my eyes for how much more nuanced your picture becomes when you test other relatives. Just one test is really not much to lean on, other than for cocktail discussions, but when you test other family members you get a better picture, and some things come up that doesn't really show in yours. My parents gets Nivkh, Yakut, Altai and Ket in oracles for instance, but in mine it shows as north and east Russia. I would not have known what north and east Russia actually meant if I hadn't bought those tests. Both mum and dad are mixed themselves, and that's difficult for me to make sense of when I look at my results. I often get amusing results, like "you're Icelandic!" or "you're Estonian!" because of this. My parents results shed more light on the matter.
