How to put tags on your profile from what ethnicities you are from?

Because i am seeing alot of ppl with for example, Sicilian, Iberian, Nordic etc under their username but idk where to go 2 in order to put that on my profile and make it visible when i post stuff, anyone help pls? XD

Go to settings, look off to the side.. You'll see "permission groups"
click and pick.
