This man results familiar to me... I think I have seen him in tv or something. Is he a royal house member perhaps?

His Grandmother is from Brazil.

Yes, but is his grandmother mixed, white, black, asian, what ethnic background does she have. Brazil is a mixed country, we do not share a common phenotype. Thereby, saying someone is partly Brazillian simply does not make sense.

If someone has a Grandfather or Grandmother from Brazil it makes sense to say that they are partly Brazilian.

If you are so concerned about the specific ethnicity of this person's Brazilian ancestors, you can look it up by using google, it is not very hard.

It does not. "Brazillian" is not a ethnicity. You can't generalize what a Brazillian is or what a Brazillian looks like. Saying someone is part European in the other hand, does make sense.

I don't generalize and I did not say Brazilian is an ethnicity. I know someone whose mother is from Brazil and father from UK (England, specifically). They don't say I am half English , half Black, they say I am half English , half Brazilian. I trust their opinion more.
