They have facial hair, also depending on the exact racial type, but he has strong facial hair, that's the difference.

Among Negroids, there are two cases of more facial and body hair on average - individual exceptions excluded:
- Europoid admixture
- rather primitive status (Palaenegrid or Bambutid influences)

His forehead and chin-jaw too look like being Europoid inspired.
