Hello again everyone. I have posted on these forums before about a girl in my life, and now I have a question about someone else. My grandpa was adopted as a baby, and never knew his birth parents - not even their names or where they were from. I think he was born in the USA but left in an orphanage immediately after he was born...either that or he was born somewhere else, then dumped into an orphanage when his parents moved here from somewhere.

I already know my other 3 grandparents origins, so I am going to get a DNA test and do GEDMatch and other testing sites to rule out what is not his DNA I inherited, and what is his DNA. Maybe then I will be able to tell where he was from. When that time comes I am sure I will be on the forums asking lots of questions because the whole GEDmatch thing looks very confusing.

Anywho, does anyone have any ideas? Does he look like any type of nationality/ethnicity where I can start my research? Or anyone have any ideas about tracing the parents of an adopted person?
