Looks like a typical European Jewish. I know many Romanian Jews (Ashkenazi) who look very similar to her.
I think she passes as Sicilian and maybe even as pan-Italian.

Post-surgery you can only see her Gracile Med but she looked a bit more Levantine-influenced in the nose before. Pre-surgery she passed in Sicily but now more in Spain but also very typical in Sicily. One of the few non-italian actors in the Sopranos that could fit the role easily. Cast was just that good compared to the upcoming Many Saints of Newark which has many non-italian actors that do not pass.

looks more sicilian than iberian... but we are pretty similar. I don't think she fits either area that well... This girl is a bit too dark for my taste.... if she was a skin tone lighter she'd fit in southern Europe like a glove.
