Firstly, 'Pontid' doesn't exists, the correct term is Pontic or Pontic-Mediterranean. It is simply a mediterranean variety, related to the Western European Atlanto-Mediterranean and long-faced mediterranean varieties from Asia minor and Caucasus, mostly found in the northern and western shores of the Black sea.

What about East Med?

Non-existent, no anthropologist ever used this term. Generally, people classified as 'East-Med' have no metric difference from West Mediterraneans at all.

Ok, but Atlanto-Mediterranid possess some Nordid component in itself compared to pure Gracile-Mediterranid.
