You don't need a meal plan. Just plan a 500-600 caloric deficit per day and you're good. Eat healthy and varied. I did that along with running and I lost 13 kilos last spring within 4-5 months

Well, I had no school or job at that time so every single day.

I benched 250lbs ten times today but I know I will not be able to sustain this amount of weight over the next month.

Yea but most people happen to have a mealplan to be able to know if they are calorie deficit, why would anyone count every meal as they make it.

I just roughly counted it with my gained knowledge at that time. It's not so hard really. If you have a basic knowledge over what you eat, it's not impossible. I did it easily.

Why so few calories per day? Eat healthy and train hard.

A couple of things. I work long days. I am 50. I workout every now and then. Walk a lot at work and when I am home. There are days when I do very little so I need to keep the calories down because at this stage I no longer care to spend a lot of time in the gym. That being said I lost six pounds since the first of the month. :)

You don't need to go to the gym if it takes too much time. Exercise at home or buy some equipment if you can afford it etc. Of course I don't expect you to strain with weights like you would do it at 18 years of age. 30 minutes of quality workout every day is enough and eat as much as you can (healthy food). If you don't have that time then fuck it, my condolescences.

I can get 30 minutes in five days a week.
