I'd assume her to be Carribean, particularly from the English-speaking countries rather than Spanish Carribeans, before African-American. She could pass as an African but that's not what I would assume she was upon first impression.

Actually, the woman in OP looks very similar to Jasmine Tookes. However she took a DNA test you can find on her instagram or ethniceleb and she's half African and half Euro

The eldest daughter looks virtually the same as the father, and the youngest girl mostly like her mother, which neither look like their African grandmother and mother. The only "black" thing about them is their hair and to a small extent their skin tone.
