Are those accurate?

North Atlantid is more like ~75% Nordic, ~25% Med, always mixed pigmentation (too dark hair for a Nordic, but light eyes), basically a dark-haired or dark-eyed Nordic.
Atlantid is like ~50% Nordic, ~50% Med, mixed pigmentation or darkish, shorter stature, however some people don't even recognize it as a real phenotype.
Atlanto-Med is like ~25% Nordic, 75% Med, always dark pigmentation, but also Nordic influenced in athleticness/tall stature/lighter skin/all above.

And East Med = fake phenotype.

Are those accurate?

Atlanto med is not a product of Nordic admixture, the fact that it predominates in Africans and Levantines should tell you this. Even "Atlanto med = 30% negroid + 70% Med" would be a more faithful statement. The rest of those types don't even exist.

It is. Pure Mediterreneans don't have tall stature or athletic somatype. And it is not predominant in Africans and Levantines at all, Coon just classified everything as "Atlanto-Med" which is darkish and tall...
