Is there irreligious population rises in Turkey

According to some of Turkish citizen, (most of them are english speakers)
irreligious population is rises around the cities of Turkey.
So, is there any relationship between rightist government's policy and rising irreligious population in Turkey's cities?
Is oppression triggering irreligious groups?
