''Butthurt'' here? Nope, not really. Like I said...it would have been ''comic''....Putin shake hands with that Ecuadorian.

Honestly the president election was bit ''boring''... present peresident Sauli Niinistö was so popular among of Finns that none of 7 other candidades could really challanger him. Situation will be totally different next time (2024) then Niinistö will not/can not anymore be candidate (after his 2. period). The % what he got in direct president election system (1. round....then there were 8 candidates) is a record in Finland's history and record among of western countries. I believe even Moscow/Putin would be quite ok/happy to that high support. Rumors says it will has been decided to be about 70%?

BTW: I someway followed Finland's media to see will Russia try to influence people's minds here (payid internet posters etc.). As I did't notice anything....I calculate that Niinistö was also ok choice to Moscow (no surprises). If Finland one day will seriously consider to apply Nato membership then I do't support referendum about the topic...reason above.
