Nords tend to have short or upturned noses, the some of them. And Meds would have prominent or 'longer' noses. So there is a physical difference as well, and not just in pigmentation.

mostly yes . there is not much difference in morphology between mediterranids and nordids except height and pigmentation . there are some minor things in the skull structure and features but all in all there are more similarities
