Why do northern Russians have more Mongoloid admixture than other Russians? I read that this is the case on this forum. And how big or where exactly is northern Russia that has this extra admixture?
Man, you're asking too many questions.

Assimilation of Finnic peoples.
And how big or where exactly is northern Russia

The other Russian have an average of 5% Mongoloid. Where did they get their admixture?

Not 'the other', but the Russians as a whole. Finnic and Siberian influences. Maybe even Turkic in some cases, who knows. In Eastern Europe there are East Eurasian traces as far as Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, let alone us East Slavs.
The medieval Russian sample from the Vladimir-Suzdal Duchy on Gedmatch was like 2% mong or so and that man lived before the Mongol invasion. The sample is of awesome quality, like a living person.

Offtopic but your avatar has a Yamna man reconstruction. He doesn't look Amerindian to me. Some members insist that the PIEs of Yamna culture looked like Amerindians.

Lol, they were not similar to Amerindians at all. They were definitely Caucasoid. Even the ANEs were not Amerindian, they merely shared some common ancestry. The ANEs are still a mystery, some say they were not a single group. Fact is that modern East Asians have little ANE admixture.

Around 1-3% may have also been from Proto-IEs and the rest from Uralics & Turks.
Which calc is that?
Dodecad K12 and Eurogenes K13.
