Indeed I see the resemblance, the only difference being that the Russian guy (who is just a more pigmented Aryan by the way) is light.

Well, the picture is b/w ^^ but yes...the features are kinda seemed.Though there's also another part which, as I said, I personally cant recognize.

There is no Alpine in him whatsoever. His sister, however, is Alpine (the one on the left):
