Recently I've tried Chapulines (grasshoppers) at a Mexican bar and Balut (developing bird embryo) brought at school by some Philippino classmates.
Once a year, during Easter, I eat Kokoretsi (goat intestines wrapped around lungs, hurt etc) and sometimes Patsa or Tripe soup (soup with chunks of porc's stomach etc.), which is also known for it's anti-hangover properties. It's the best remedy after a wild long night!
