How much of Andid admixture do they have? Odin, are they Castizos?:

I can see some Andid traits here and there, but maybe it's environmental.

I don't think they are mixed. Probably inbred.

Mennonites aren't inbred - my grandfather was raised in the faith, and I've done extensive genealogy on him, and there's only 3 relatives who appear more than once in 250 years, and no marriages between any first or second cousins, IIRC.
