Earting dairy, pork, beef, eggs and potatoes in combination makes you taller:

Pork protein has the biggest additive effect, when combined with dairy proteins (r = 0.82; p < 0.001), followed by protein from eggs (r = 0.81) and potatoes (r = 0.81). The correlation reaches r = 0.84, when potatoes are added to dairy and pork. The highest r-value (r = 0.85) was achieved via the combination of proteins from dairy, pork, beef, eggs and potatoes (‘highly correlated proteins’). The strength of this relationship is visually impressive (Fig. 8). ‘Highly correlated proteins’ are also the strongest correlate of male height (r = 0.85)

Eating rice and wheat makes you shorter (negative correlation with height):

Other highly significant nutritional correlates of male stature in 49 non-European countries are total energy intake (r = 0.70; p < 0.001) (Appendix Fig. 9), rice protein (r = −0.65; p < 0.001) and wheat protein (r = 0.62; p < 0.001) (Fig. 7). Rice is the main source of protein in tropical Asia (particularly in Laos, Cambodia and Bangladesh; >30 g/day), which is where we encounter extremely small height means of ∼162–168 cm. The level of rice protein consumption is quite high even in Japan, China and both North and South Korea (>10 g/day). Remarkably, wheat protein correlates with male stature negatively in Europe (r = −0.68; p < 0.001), but positively outside Europe.

Sorry vegetarians & vegans.

Male vegans are such pussies. They should have their balls cut off. They don't deserve to have them.

We have something similar here in America - we usually put bacon and barbecue sauce in the potatoes

Eating rice and wheat doesn't make you shorter, it had a positive correlation to height outside of Europe or areas were the least meat and animal products are consumed. In Europe people who consume animal products less make it seem it makes you shorter compared to the ones that do, this is due to the growth hormones in animal products.

Rice isnt the best source of protein either.

Animal products make you taller due to the steroids and growth hormones they contain such as IGF , they are also shown to promote cancer. This doesn't make them healthier.

Potatoes are a vegan food and give you energy and are nutritious. same for beans and oats, the last two ones contain a lot of plant protein. Much more than rice, which isnt the best source for protein but they are nutritious.

There are no studies on a population living mostly on this diet and height but there are studies linked to a plant based diet and living longer, healthier.

They will also make you reach your genetic potential in terms of height and not the growth hormones from animals.

As height is partially genetic too and related to altitude and latitude probably.

Protein, especially from animals , is linked to cancer and growth hormones. They might make you taller but not healthier, while plant protein had no negative effects, quite the opposite.

Animals are treated with steroids and growth hormones and they also contain it naturally.

These plant foods contain enough protein that your body needs and vitamins and not the excessive protein from animals that is cancer promoting

Low Protein Intake Is Associated with a Major Reduction in IGF-1, Cancer, and Overall Mortality in the 65 and Younger but Not Older Population (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S155041311400062X)

Plant protein is better than animal protein:

Low Protein Intake Is Associated with a Major Reduction in IGF-1, Cancer, and Overall Mortality in the 65 and Younger but Not Older Population

High protein intake is linked to increased cancer, diabetes, and overall mortality

High IGF-1 levels increased the relationship between mortality and high protein

Higher protein consumption may be protective for older adults

Plant-derived proteins are associated with lower mortality than animal-derived proteins

Animal protein and IGF linked to cancer:

https://academic.oup.com/jnci/article/94/13/972/2519794

Countless of other studies out there that show this, just use pubmed or some research site.

Some of the nations that consume the most animal products are the tallest, this is due to all the excessive growth hormones that are cancer promoting.

So enjoy your cancer and enjoy your growth hormones!

It's not that those foods make you taller, it's simply that well-developed gdi nation's have more access to luxuries such as meat. It's actually lack of disease from a clean government with good infant healthcare that has most impact on height. Our chimpanzee ancestors only ate 3% meat , the bulk of their diet is figs (a starchy fruit).
