I'm guessing youre Northern shifted on pca maps?

You get more andronovo but i get more scythian and afanasievo

Here's my PCA plot from Eurogenes k13, I might have done it wrong but I'll double check and get back to you. Apparently I'm slightly more northern shifted than the avg Greek, despite only being half Macedonian (other half from Corinth).

I find the low WHG or Hunter gatherer we get really weird. South East Europe is filled with upper paleolithic types.

Maybe the hunter gatherer samples they used arent from there, if they had used some mesolithic from South East Europe it would of been much higher. Maybe... probably...

Yeah it does but I think all Europeans should score some, hunter gatherers in Europe had a common origin, they are known as Western Hunter gatherers.. people think it means western europe but its just generally west or west of Eurasia. while East is more Eastern Russia.. CHG is more around the Caucasus.. as far as I know. I could be wrong. We would probably get more CHG and EHG, I'm guessing, or atleast CHG.

Some ancient South East Euro sample found didnt have much WHG either.
