During Reconquista many military orders, as diverse armies from whole christian Europe came to Iberia to fight saracens. Did they leave some genetic legacy in Iberia?

The Order of Chist Cross in Portugal is the lawful heir of Templar Knights, among many orders in Portugal and Spain.

Little if any. In any case, they would have been absorbed into the native population since this happened centuries ago.

Viriato has yDNA typical of British Isles and Britain Armorica, despite it can be also of celtic origin. Penta Dragon has clade clues with Italy or Germany.

In Portugal the only significant genetic legacy was indirect since they helped to cleanse and remove kebab. Direct genetic legacy was little to insignificant, just a few thousands established in lands promised by the Portuguese king in exchange for slaughtering the moors.

In Spain I believe it was even smaller.

Disagree. Only it explains why northern Iberia has more north african genetic influence than southern. Before Moor Invasion whole Iberia should be similar with North Africa, but during Reconquista soutern Iberia was resettled with foreigners while north not.

And where are your historic sources? Evrything you wrote on that post is wrong.
