French Conservative leader Laurent Wauquiez - Can you classify him?

Laurent Wauquiez is from a Northern French family (hence his name).
He has also ancestry in the South. And he's making a political carreer starting from Central-Eastern France.
I have a problem with him.
High brachycephalous skull obviously Dinarid, face and nose definitely Alpinid, with a Subnordid overall image that is reminiscent of German-American examples.
Do you think you can find a definition to classify this man?
