Vascongadas is the real name of the Basque country. Visigoths only ruled a small part of the Basque country (they built Vitoria) but that is all. This guy is from Bilbao.

Although depigmented I can still see the Spanish-Baskid/Minor Med vibe. I wouldn't believe he is Swedish if you told so.
It is amazing to see how Spaniards are broad- A unique ethnicity. I wonder if Andalusians and Bausqs are a bit different or almost the same.
