xD What do Al Azhar sheikhs or the Coptic Pope would say about organization of a ceremony like this for a self-declared god?
Rameses II pretends in the carvings he left behind in Egypt that he broke with his godly power the siege of the Hittite army at Kadesh battle and crushed them with his heavenly striking capabilities.

godly power means the power he had from god...

got it? Egyptians would never say that except for the one who sank in the sea.

Nope he was self-declared god of Egypt . His status was god-emperor.

Nothing against Egypt, egyptians or Ramses the II but I remembered him as the pharaoh who got his ass kicked in one of his campaigns, came back to Egypt saying that he won and paraded in the capital as the victor. I guess war is as much about perception as it is about deception.

Ramses II was not a Muslim and certainly wouldn't like to be desecrated by Muslims. Egyptians should either abandon Islam or abandon the ancient Egyptian legacy.

Everything we know now about Egypt is due to Europeans.

Probably not as he was educated in his faith but I wouldn't be so sure that he would've been so averse to islam. Rulers usually like a good unifying religion that helps them consolidate the state and their personal hold of that state.
