No, but I reckon they'd get similar results with their host countrymen.

Can you explain what penalization does?

Without penalization (so 0 parameter) distant admixtures aren't prohibited. There are usually exaggerated in case of not very mixed person (this Vlach for example, his Yemeni is obviously wrong). But there are useful when somebody has distant parental ancestries.

M430242 Vlach
T104269 Vlach Bitola?
H827383 Vlach Bitola?

I believe these are Vlachs.

The first Vlach is very Albanian-like he probably can be modelled as 75% Thracian and 25% Slavic. From which region does s/he come from?

Finished reading population data. 204 populations found.
13 components mode.

--------------------------------

Least-squares method.

Using 1 population approximation:
1 Greek_Thessaly @ 3.276439
2 Tuscan @ 9.292682
3 Italian_Abruzzo @ 9.493012
4 Bulgarian @ 9.824978
5 Central_Greek @ 10.050969
6 West_Sicilian @ 10.104197
7 East_Sicilian @ 11.187626
8 Romanian @ 11.865022
9 North_Italian @ 13.625366
10 Ashkenazi @ 14.309993

I suspect that Vlachs that are significantly closer to Bulgarians from Macedonia, Albania and some towns in Epirus are related to Ottoman migrants and not with the ones that appear in Byzantine source in late Dark Ages. But that is just my hypothesis. Why would the Latin speakers of 12th/13th century would be pushing 40%-50% Slavic like modern Bulgarians? It doesn't make sense tbh.
