My paternal haplogroup is u-152 and my grandfather was from Central Sicily. I have read that U-152 is originally from Anatolia. And it was primarily transferred to central Italy and the became the Etruscans who then became the Romans. Is this correct that my paternal haplogroup was from Anatolia originally?

If you're talking about R1b-U152 then it is of Indo-European origin, it's ancestors came from the Pontic-Caspian Steppe. R1b-U152 is labelled as an Italo-Celtic Ydna although it is more concentrated among Italic peoples then it is within Celtic peoples
