Silva, without a doubt. No one has the intuitive fluidity that makes him what he is. Seriously, he's defended his middleweight title successfully eleven fucking times. In any combat sport that is an unheard of feat. And, it's not like he's been paired up with douchebags either. Ever since Leben, all of his opponents have been really tough and talented guys. This stomping of Belfort just served as a reminder to anyone who might've doubted that Silva is the greatest.

there were tests done I think I read in some other Forum where it proved Overeem didn't use any steroids and he is clean.

Still Overeem has K1 Level striking which is the best in the world, he used to hang with Badr Hari and other highly skilled fighters in K1 and he won.

Silva though is the Middleweight p4p #1 in the world but not #1 in all divisions.

Putting weight and muscle is not a proof that he has abused steroids, that is just him moving up on weight classes just like other fighters moving up and down in classes.

No, Silva is not the best pound for pound fighter in UFC (I don't know other leagues). Chael Sonnen beat him for 5 rounds, before he managed to pull off a last minute victory. For two rounds he was running away from Demian Maia, because of fear to risk his 3 won rounds. Other fighters are aggressors, while he is counter attacker. If other fighters don't attack, then he just dance his monkey dance in the ring. Besides, he should be Light Heavyweight.

The best pound for pound fighter in UFC is Georges St-Pierre. He dominates opposition in every fight.
