The Netherlands (along with Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Greece, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, the Union of Socialist Soviet Republics, Yugoslavia and the Free French) became a signatory to this treaty during a conference in London on 24 September 1941.
If only they would have stuck to the principles.,,
