Looks like a younger Mediterranean version of the actor John Noble. I would say Alpine-Med with some Borreby maybe.

I see your point, but if anything Noble is more Mediterranean (dolichocephalic-leptoprosopic) than this guy.
There's something Jack Nicholson-like too. Hollywood villain face.

I don't see the resemblance with John Noble. The only actor I can see some resemblance with is Ed O'Ross who I believe is of Slovak ancestry:

No. Just saying that he'd be perfect for the role as an antagonist in some action movie or something. I think he's Alpine and CM?

you could say the guy on the 3rd pic left is a Med with a bit of Alpine, but than you can conclude Op cannot be "AlpineMed" because his head seems double as broad as of the other guy.

The guy on the left possibly could be softly Alpinized, but not a lot. I think it just may seem a little bit like it because of his weight, but other than that he seems to have the oval head shape of a classic Mediterranean.
