I thought this is very interesting. I'm from the Bethlehem area but most of gedmatch is nowhere near Palestinian rather pointing out to Lebanese Christian/ Lebanese Druze instead.

The closest match I found in all of Gedmatch is @2. 383232 by mixing
50% Lebanese_Christian +50% Lebanese_Druze from Eurogenes K13

Any explanations?

Paternal Haplogroup is J-P58 (J1A2B2 as I recall)
Maternal is U8b1a2b

Also noticed Sub-Saharan African is almost non-existent?

Could you post the full Eurogenes K13 make up as well as Dodecad K12b? I mean the regular oracles, not 4 pops.

If you consider dna sharing then DNA LAND says I'm 28% Ashkenazi/Levantine

dna land wrongly puts the "mediterranean islander" component into the ashkenazi/levantine umbrella which doesnt make sense . I get even higher than you . I get 37% with almost all of it being med islander

Not implying anything.
Just making a note of the findings.
Many, including Jewish posters, make bizarre claims about Ashkenazim Jewish, genetic heritage.
Tons of misinformation and disinformation is out there.

Does anyone know why 23andme assigns me such a high North African but most of my relatives (including my uncle below) score mostly Middle Eastern?

I'm also not sure what you're implying, but Ashkenazi Jews would show up right after the other Jews toward the bottom, probably 21-25. So they're not "nowhere to be seen," just slightly off the radar due to genetically-similar populations that cluster slightly closer to the Levant.

Most Ashkenazim get Palestinians and Lebanese as matches in the 15-20 range. Here's my puntDNAL K13 Global Oracle:
