He's a Cypriot (dancer/dancing coach by occupation) living in Bulgaria.
Looks MENA, in my opinion.

You should see the faces of the Bulgarians swarming Cyprus as cheap hotel labour. They are darker than him.

Do they speak Greek?

No, but the educated ones speak Russian and work as receptionist and barmen in the resorts preferred by rich Russians.

The ones who want to stay are offered free Greek lessons though.

There is lots and lots of chuff though, who work as cleaners and only speak Bulgarian and are coordinated by Bulgarians who also speak English or Greek.

Balkanxploitation in Cyprus deprives jobs from Cypriots whilst allowing mega-rich hotel owners to add even more profits to their coffers whilst employing people willing to work for 600 Euro a month. This happened even in Germany up to 3 years ago when the minimum wage was enforced.

Hopefully, the minimum wage will also be enforced through Europe to Cyprus as well. There are lots of good people being exploited for pennies.

I see. It's getting harder to find Russian speaking ones. Most people my age don't speak it.

My father tried to match me with a Bulgarian girl behind my back, but she informed him that she would only marry a Bulgarian.

My parents never interfered in my choices. I would personally refuse to participate in such rite and tell the girl to go home even if I find her attractive. I don't accept others getting involved in my preferences.

I haven't got the nationality problem this girl had though. If I get on well with a woman, find her good looking and share common values with her, I would mix with the vast majority of European ethnicities.

I also told my father to get bent.

Yes, true. Unfortunately, this is a common problem.

his vibe is strongly Cypriot. To me, most phenotypes of Cyprus are unique to the island. This specific one is East Med though and through with Anatolid influence
