Balkans and Eastern Europe - some look Ukrainian, like 3 and 17

Did you see my thread comparing Messinians to Arcadians? You may notice that within each province of the Peloponnese there are NE shifted individuals and I don't believe there is a trend suggesting one province is more NE/Balkan shifted than another. I've seen Slavic leaning individuals in every one of my grandparent's villages but they are a minority.

Slavic tends not to fit well in Sicily.
It can and does fit well in many parts of Greece.:)

I'm not sure about that. Neither one would be typical in Sicily but 11 gives off an 'odd vibe' features wise. But I'll respect your opinion :)

#11 looks more British/Celtic while #12 looks more Slavic. Therefore #11 would be less atypical to me than #12.

Yep, pretty much. And it isn't just because of their eye colour. It's just those with dark eyes happened to have non-European features overall, whilst those with light eyes looked overall European. This is not to say that light eyes = European, because many dark eyed people can look more European than those with light eyes.

I wasn't really speaking of Greeks, just Caucasian people in general. By "non-European" I guess I meant more MENA looking.
